Are you kidding me?! Oh... you're not? Ooops! Sorry... I didn't know you were serious!

So, this was featured in Japan's 2010 Fashion Womp, I mean Japan's 2010 Fashion Week by a fashion designer that shall remain nameless for the obvious reasons...
Introduuucing...
Innntroooduuucing...
Hmmm...
Well...
You, know I don't know what the heezy this is... maybe we can put on our thinking caps and try... I mean, really, really try to figure out what this is! Because I just don't know!
I'm mad and irritated now.

Thinking caps onnn!
Shooooop!
OMG...
Let's converse about this image for a few moments...
I guess she is going to keep smiling like that because she thinks she's cute...
Really?! Oh dear goodness...
Wakka-wakka...
Ahahahahaaaaa!
WHAT is dat on her head?!
I mean, what?!

I think somebody needs to go shopping for another thinking cap...

Fierce & Fun Fashion Friday: Do We Not Love This? (Double Feature)

OMG! Shut UP!
I could cry!
Yo, Christian Louboutin is one bad mutha!
He is a straight genius! You could tell by his website that he's on something we've never heard of! But, whatever it is... Keep sipping! Go check out his website! Pure entertainment and incredible style! I love him! I really do!

Fierce & Fun Fashion Friday: Do We Not Love This?

Awwwh! Look how cute this is!
Now, some of you might question me for cosigning on this one, but I find it to be quite fun even if she isn't fully dressed! But, who cares! You could walk around the house like this! Good going Patricia Van Der Vliet for mixing stripes with polka dots! Hey, I'm all for it! For the Sex in the City 2 release I wore a mix of print and stripes with black high heels! Loved it!
Now, don't get it twisted, mmmkay? I didn't say rock an outfit with two different types of plaid, mmmkay? THAT is a straight up fashion violation and you should be issued some kind of penalty for walking around looking like a dummy- just like those chicks that wear Uggs with short jeans skirts in the dead middle of Florida's Summer! ARE YOU CRAZY?! Huh?! Are you? Are you crazy?! Apparently, and the friend you're walking with doesn't really like you because they let you walk out the house looking like whodunnitandwhy! Did you not get the "It's 97 degrees outside today, so wear flip flops" memo?!
(Inhale... exhale...)

Anyway...
Moving on...
I love this... I would skip around the house in it, too!
Don't judge me!
GET IT!

Sex and the City 2

First of all... it was great!
Not as amazing as the first but it was nothing less than what I expected.
It opened up with vocals stylings of Jay-Z and Alicia Keys' New Yorrrk which was of course suiting for the movie. What followed immediately after that was quite the shocker- Standford and Anthony got hitched!
Whaaaaaat?!
Yeah! Iiiiiiii knnnow!
Now, that made me gasp considering they hated each other's guts for yeeeeeears!
Then, of course it had it's hilarious moments...
sad moments...
and moments that made you pout your lip and moan, "awwwh."
For me, I've missed the drama, the fashion- I've missed the gals! But let's be honest- it was more fashion than anything else. It really felt like they were forcing everyone's story into the movie and somehow (although he made a brief appearance in the beginning of the movie) Steve was left in the dust. Lol! Not that he had anything crazy going on anyway!
I could be hard on this movie because I am, in fact, a die hard Sex and the City fan.
Perhaps, it's selfish of me to criteek this movie as much as possible because I'm sure this is the last run for the ladies. I wanted more! MORRRRRRRRRRE!
Ok...
So, let's get dirty...
Liza Minelli kills Beyonce's Put a Ring on it. I mean, she really held it down! Get it!
Aiden pops up outta nowhere as the ladies take a trip to Abu Dhabi on a business trip, on behalf of Samantha Jones. What made me mad was the fact that Aiden kept picking Carrie up and spinning her around like he lost his sense! He knew she was married! Jerk! But allow me to point an index finger off of each hand- one at Aiden and the other at Carrie! Yes, the went out to dinner and yes they kissed! OMG! I know!
Ooops! Sorry for the spill...
Let's talk fashion...

Monic's Official Fashion Wishlist:
The breathtaking Christian Louboutin Sparkly gold heels.
Oh, yes... I do love my shoes... I could hug Mr. Louboutin for making these.
Excuse me while I cry...

I won't say too much, except for expect another update once everyone has seen the movie.

Fun Tool!

Turn the Lights Out and Listen Tuesday: Adele- Chasing Pavements

You know, the very first time I heard this song it was in the morning on VH1. It was one of the videos played by new artist, Adele... incredible. I would recommend turning the lights out once you've watched the video a few times. She hardly fits into the Old School Classics category I've been posting on Tuesdays, however, she is an artist with a stronger substance than most artists out today. I love her voice- the way it crackles a bit with her little accent. Awh! It's quite soulful, in fact, I literally drown in this track specifically because I can relate to the words and the feelings the gestures inflict in this video.
Oh, how I love the concept of this video... I could hug it! It's crazy because it shares with you the paradise experienced between the two lovers in the midst of disaster. Perhaps, it suggests the moments someone experiences before something incredibly terrible happens- "my life flashed before my eyes!" In this case, it seems their souls are the ones reflecting since their lives have already expired. Jeeez, truly I hope they (the lovers) were still basking in the happiness they lived after the were killed. But, wait! The deception! That cheating lint licker of a woman! She gives good women bad names!
In any case... this is a great song... get it on your iPod ASAP! AND! She has another track I love off of the same album entitled, 19, released in 2008. That's a must-have! Get it!
Enjoy!

Today was a Good Day!

Hilarity, took place today and I will work you into that part.

Today, while I was at work, I look up and there he was... ICE CUBE aka Oshea Jackson!
Oooh! What a nice name! Oshea... it just pronounces smooth like silk! Whooo! Oshea...
I looked at him in his face and all I could say was, "Oh, my God! Shut up!"
There was no doubt in my mind that I looked like a complete idiot to him- at least his face didn't show what he must have been thinking! Ha!
His demeanor is actually quite intimidating however, he's a smiler! A humble one at that!
Jackie- my coworker- I call him Jackie but his real name is Jack, was shaking his hand and Mr. Oshea... Oshea... Oshea... smiled so big and was happy to hear what Jackie had to say...
And his facial features are quite strong in person!
I didn't mind it...
There's a reason why I have most of his movies and know plenty of his songs...
People like that get far...
What's funny is that one of the guys in his party asked us how we were doing and Jackie said, "Great!"
And the guy replied, "Well, that's great! I guess today was a good day!"
All is could do was crack up like the dumb fool I am and say, "I like how you said that!"
Ha!
I'm tickled by his whole thing!
Yay!

Part Dalawa
(Dalawa means two in Tagalog aka a filipino dialect- Yeah, I just schooled you!)

I'm standing there next to my homie, Carlo and when I turn around, I see this woman who happens to be more beautiful in person and is awfully familiar! I move closer to her and stare harder to her face and say, "Oh! It's you!"
It was the wife and family of Terry Crews from the BET TV show The Family Crews.

I look at Carlo and he's bouncing his pecks up and down! Hahahahhahahaaaaa! I said to him, "Carlo, what the heck are you doing?!"
He said, "I was doing that way before her husband was!"
Ahahahhahaaaaaaa!
Ahhahahhaaaaa!
Can you believe he actually told her that while he was bouncing them up and down?!
Ahahahahahaaaa!
My friend Carlo...

I just want you to know that you are such a special friend to me!
Lol!
The end.
Aahahahaaaa!
